RSS HELP
What is a feed?
A "feed" is a summary of Web content that is updated on a regular basis. It allows users to keep informed of a Web site's latest changes.
Feeds help make content more accessible, and they allow you to see new content easily. A summary or "headline" view lets you quickly scan recent content changes, and headlines are linked to their appropriate content. You will find the club RSS updates provide key changes made including new kit for sale and new dive trips. It is an easy way to get the information first.
This feed will be updated based on how often you have set your reader to retrieve data and any restrictions the reader may have on how often it retrieves information.
Before you subscribe to this feed, you'll need an RSS reader or aggregator to view content in RSS. Several free and commercial RSS readers are available on the Internet. The one I use is Tristana download the free reader.
Once you have an RSS reader, right-click on an RSS button on the club home page, press copy shortcut and paste it into your reader to display the content in RSS, or if you have downloaded the Tristana reader there will be a menu option added when your right click the orange RSS button stating 'Add Feed To Tristana RSS Reader', just click here to add it.
It really is as easy as that! You will be able to receive all new club web sites automatically.
