Holidays; The Facts

This is just a brief note about the best bit of learning to dive; getting to go to some of the fantastic diving dive sites offered by many countries round the world.

The club has run a number of trips to Egypt (both budget and luxury liveaboard and shore based at Hurghada and Sharm), The Maldives (Meru and Reethi Rah), Malta and Gozo, Tenerife, Spain, Croatia, France and Indonesia.

All of these places, and many others, offer stress free diving in clear warm waters with loads of fish life, exactly what we learn to dive for. The beauty of diving and learning in the UK is that conditions are generally more testing (but just as enjoyable) here. This means the skills and application you learn here in the UK will hold you in excellent standing for diving anywhere in the world.

You can join a holiday regardless of experience and, often, you can take a non diving partner as we try to cater for all familly members. You will usually have the opportunity to conduct many dives over the duration of the holiday thereby increasing your experience levels and somtimes speciality courses are provided at cost price, again to help increase learning. For example this years Gozo trip will offer 20 dives over the week including deep, night, DPV and boat dives.
