Aquaventure Juniors Section

This section of the web site is just for current juniors and those under the age of 15 years who are interested in learning about diving & what our club can do for you. Not to mention parents who are keen to involve their children in an exciting activity that can lead to employment prospects, experiences abroad & just good fun.

AGE REQUIREMENTS are covered in a seperate section.

To complete a BUBBLEMAKERS diving experience and get a certificate you need to be 8 Years or older. During this hour long pool session you will complete some snorkel skills then spend the rest of the time below the surface actually diving! This is the first step to becoming a fully fledged diver.

To complete the JUNIOR OPEN WATER DIVER course that qualifies you to dive anywhere in the world the age limit is 10 years & older. You will complete exactly the same course as adults, same skills, same study and same open water dives. You will have your own qualification card, certificate and log book. Ask your parents about the option to have a custom made framed picture that includes a photo, certificate and emblem to record your course or go for the DVD option!

In addition to the diving junior members can look forward to trips to Alton Towers, Camping expeditions to the coast, paintballing & other activities for 2006.
