Pool Evenings

The club has secured the pool at Kingswood Leisure Centre each & every Sunday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm with most people gathering from about 7pm at the poolside.

This is a real asset to the clubs members as it is a 33 metre full width pool shallow enough for children at one end whilst 4 metres at its deepest. This allows a full range of training activities to take place safely & realistically. It is far more life like to be practicing ascents and descents in such a pool compared to many of the 2m deep pools throughout the City.

The facilities are excellent with a side car park providing easy poolside access, large changing areas, showers & toilets, viewing area for spectators & of course a bar that is open on the Sundays.

Club members can swim, snorkel or dive free as part of the membership fee, all that is required is for each member to perform pool-side duty once or twice a year to support the centres lifeguard & enhance safety.
